The Big Paddle is about working with businesses to refresh their business plans.

We are engaged by business owners with vision, a drive to move forward, they want to move beyond the status quo, but find themselves in their business not on it!

Our clients generally choose us because they are looking at ways to move to the next level. The Big Paddle Company is all about stirring, challenging and guiding business owners.
